Vietnam Visa on Arrival is an online, alternative way to obtain a visa to visit Vietnam.

After completing the online application form and paying the processing fee, you will receive, via email, your Approval Letter from between one  to three business days, depending on the status of visa processing you have selected.

Visa policy:

Citizens of the following countries are exempted from visa when entering Vietnam with the following conditions:

+Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Laos (Not more than 30 days)
+Philippine (Not more than 21 days)
+ Jappan and South Korea, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland,Russia, Germany, France, England, Italy and Spain.(Not more than 15days)
+ Brunei (Not more than 15days)
There are some countries which could not get visa upon arrival, you need to contact Vietnam Embassy right in your country/region:
 Pakistan, Afghanistan, Srilanka, Midle East countries
 Africa countries such as: Nigeria, Marok, Algerie, South Africa

Stamping fees: Paid for stamping fee 25$/person for 1 month and 3 months single entry | 50$ for 1 month multiple entries and 3 months multiple entries | 95$/person for less than 6 months multiple entries and 135$/person for 1 year visa (please note that credit card is not accepted and there is no ATM in this area) and get back passport with visa. Service fees: This will be required beforehand prior to commencing the application process for getting the visa approval letter (please contact us).

E-visa: The Vietnam e-Visa will let you enjoy a single entry to Vietnam and stay there for 30 days. This visa will be sent to your email after 2 -3 business days of applying for it online. But there are rare instances that the processing of this visa can be delayed. This is why the Vietnam Immigration urged visitors to apply for this visa at least 7 days before their trip to the country. You can also opt for rush processing that will cost you more.

As of the moment, Vietnam e-visa 2020 applies to citizens of more than 81 countries. If you qualify for this visa and you’re visiting Vietnam soon, you better apply for this visa as early as now.

Place to pick up the visa:

On arrival at airports of Vietnam, you will see visa on arrival office (or landing visa counter), hand over your passport ( value at least 6 months), print copy of visa approval letter and ONE passport size photo for attaching on entry form.
